HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler design for the new 340k SF school. Design included a 4 pipe water cooled central plant with high efficiency chillers and condensing boilers, variable volume air handling units, and digital controls. The design incorperated air cleaning methods to reduce outside air and reduce operating costs. Plumbing design included low consumption fixtures, full kitchen, and lab gas system. Fire Sprinkler design included wet pipe systems.
