Marianna k8 Elementary School  

Marianna, FL

WEI designed HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler systems for the new school. HVAC Design included 4-pipe, water cooled, central plant with high efficiency chillers and condensing boilers, variable volume air handling units, and digital controls. The design incorporated air cleaning methods to reduce outside air and operating costs. Plumbing Design included low consumption fixtures, full kitchen, and lab gas system. Fire Sprinkler design included wet pipe systems.

Dune Lakes Elementary School     

Santa Rosa beach, FL

WEI designed HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler systems for the new 145,000 SF school.  HVAC Design included a 4-pipe, water cooled central plant with high efficiency chillers and condensing boilers, variable volume air handling units with reheat terminal units, and digital controls. Plumbing design included low consumption fixtures, full kitchen, gas and heat pump water heating systems. Fire sprinkler design included wet-pipe systems serving the majority of the school, with dry-pipe systems serving the outdoor covered dining area.

 

A. Gary Walsingham Academy

Panama City Beach, FL

Plumbing design included low consumption fixtures, full kitchen, gas, and electric water heating systems. Fire sprinkler design included wet-pipe systems serving the majority of the school, with dry-pipe systems serving the outdoor covered dining area.

Mosley High School

Marianna, FL

WEI designed HVAC Systems including Variable Volume Air Handling Units with reheat terminal units serving the lobby & support areas. Single Zone Variable Volume Air handling units serve the auditorium & stage. Design also included careful consideration for noise abatement to maintain a high acoustic quality in the facility. Plumbing Design for the new 13,500 SF facility connected the campus’s existing central chilled water & hot water plant and included standard commercial fixtures. Fire Protection Design included a fire sprinkler system.
