HVAC Design included incorperation of rooftop chillers & an indoor boiler for comprhensive hydronic heating & cooling. Engineered systems for precise acoustics, utilizing air handlers, blower coil units, & variable volume terminal units. Upgraded plumbing with new roof drains, water, and sanitary systems. Expanded fire protection to cover all buildings.

2016 – Mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection for new ADA family toilet.

2017 – Mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection for renovations to include the New Adult Classroom, Fellowship Hall Platform, and Family Toilet.

2018 – Mechanical and fire protection for renovations to include the New Youth Activities, Sunday School Room, and Adult Sunday School Rooms.

Vero Beach, FL

Mechanical design included master planning for the future stages of expansion. A new central heating and cooling plant was designed including water cooled chillers, condensing boiler, and heat recovery chiller. New digital controls were included.

Plumbing systems designed included potable water, gas, sanitary drain, waste and vent, and compressed air.

Fire Protection Design included a new wet pipe riser for the addition. Dry pipe pre-action systems were designed for the art display and storage areas to minimize the possibility of water damage to art.
