Mechanical design included split dx units with 100% OAU for humidity control, added a hood and related fans for a kitchen, and utilized heaters along with high volume low speed fans in the apparatus bays. Plumbing included gas water heaters, as well as drain trough for an extractor. Gas was routed to water heaters as well as heaters in the apparatus bay.
