Miramar Fire Station No. 5<\/h3>\n

WEI provided HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Design for the new 14,908 SF Fire Station. HVAC design included Dx split system, heat pumps with dedicated outdoor air system to condition ventilation air. Gas fired infrared heat and high-volume low speed fans were utilized in the Engine bays. Plumbing systems utilized standard commercial fixtures, gas fired water heater, and compressed air. Fire sprinkler design included wet pipe system.\u00a0<\/p>\n
