The project included the installation of two owner-furnished fume hoods and reconfiguration of HVAC systems serving the lab areas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2442\">The existing above-ceiling split system serving both lab rooms was removed. A split-system DX dedicated outdoor air unit was installed to serve the laboratory housing the fume hoods, while a separate split-system DX unit was installed to condition the adjacent lab space.
