The facility houses multiple student services departments and was designed to connect to the campus central heating and cooling plant utilizing steam and chilled water distribution.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1668\">The HVAC systems include variable air volume central station air handling units serving shut-off terminal units with reheat. Plumbing systems were designed with low water consumption commercial-grade fixtures, domestic water distribution, sanitary waste and vent systems, and natural gas service.
