Engineered systems for precise acoustics, utilizing air handlers, blower coil units, & variable volume terminal units. Upgraded plumbing with new roof drains, water, and sanitary systems. Plumbing systems designed included potable water, gas, sanitary drain, waste and vent, and compressed air.\u00a0<\/h4>\n

Fire Protection Design included a new wet pipe riser for the addition.\u00a0 Dry pipe pre-action systems were designed for the art display and storage areas to minimize the possibility of water damage to art.<\/h4>\n
