Panama City City Hall
Watford Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering design services for the renovation of the Panama City City Hall facility. The project included reuse of several existing air handling units, along with the existing boiler, chiller, cooling tower, and pumps. Existing mechanical systems were adapted from their original configuration to support the revised building layout through the addition of new ductwork, air handling units, and variable air volume terminal units.
Plumbing design focused on renovation and reconfiguration of restroom facilities, including installation of new commercial-grade, low water consumption fixtures. The existing digital controls system was retained and integrated with a new web-based front end.
