Watford Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for the new new district headquarters facility that included a 7,500 SF Administration Building with Lab, Insectary, & Admin Spaces; 16,100 SF Shop & Hangar Building; 2400SF Chemical Shed, Wash Bay, & Fish Tank; & 375SF Chicken Coop.

Mechanical systems designed include wet pipe sprinkler, DX HVAC, vehicle exhaust, radian heating, domestic water, compressed air, sanitary waste & vent, & vehicle wash systems.
