NextStep at Endeavor Academy prepares individuals with autism for transition beyond secondary school by providing instruction in employment and independent living skills through a structured, residential program. This facility is part of a development initiative to develop Jackson County, Florida’s Endeavor Property, formerly the site of Dozier Boys School.
