Science Labs HVAC Renovations

Replacement of existing single zone DX AHU serving two labs with two zone chilled water AHU and new digital controls. Existing fume hoods were balanced and building pressurization was corrected. Performed on-site study of existing electrical conditions to facilitate HVAC equipment upgrade. Developed power system plan to replace or reuse disconnect switches and circuit breakers, as required, to serve new equipment. Generated fire alarm plan to integrate new HVAC equipment duct-mounted smoke detectors into existing fire alarm system.
