Residence Hall

Renovation of the existing 33000 SF residence halls. The existing dorms were served by packaged DX units that were grossly oversized for the load in the rooms. There was no limit on how cold the residents could set the room temperature and the resulting indoor air quality problems were a constant problem for the owner. New systems designed utilized the campus central chilled water plant and included digital controls with set point limits.
