Building 310- Engineering & Computer Networking Addition
Watford Engineering provided mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services in support of a second-floor addition to an existing single-story building. As part of the project, all existing first-floor HVAC systems were demolished and replaced with new chilled water variable air volume air handling units serving each floor. Terminal units with hot water reheat were utilized to provide zone-level temperature control.
Plumbing work included the addition of new water heaters to serve building fixtures, and a new fire sprinkler system was installed throughout the facility. Roof drainage systems were extended and connected to the site stormwater infrastructure.
