WEI designed HVAC Systems including Variable Volume Air Handling Units with reheat terminal units serving the lobby & support areas of the new facility belonging to A. Crawford Mosley High School. Single Zone Variable Volume Air handling units serve the auditorium & stage. Design also included careful consideration for noise abatement to maintain a high acoustic quality in the facility. Plumbing Design for the new 13,500 SF facility connected the campus’s existing central chilled water & hot water plant and included standard commercial fixtures. Fire Protection Design included a fire sprinkler system.
