WEI provided Plumbing, Mechanical, and Fire Sprinkler design for the new 90 bed facility. Mechanical systems included dedicated outdoor air units and direct expansion equipment serving unique thermal zones. Plumbing design included domestic water, a central recirculating hot water loop, high efficiency fixtures, waste, vent, and gas systems Fire Protection consisted of a wet-pipe system.
