Student Services & Cafeteria 

Watford Engineering provided mechanical engineering design services for renovations to the existing Student Services and Cafeteria Building. The project included installation of new mechanical equipment and ductwork to relocate equipment from the roof, along with extension of existing roof penetrations through the new roof structure.

The scope also included conversion of remaining air handling units to chilled water service and development of digital controls design associated with the mechanical system modifications. Additional work included new mechanical equipment and ductwork to convert the existing culinary arts classroom and associated spaces into a faculty meeting and multipurpose room.
