Student Services Center Building 400 Renovations

Watford Engineering provided mechanical and plumbing engineering design services for renovations to the second and third floors of the existing Student Services Building. The scope included redistribution of airflow from existing terminal units, associated minor HVAC controls modifications, relocation of fire sprinkler heads to accommodate a new ceiling grid, and plumbing service for new fixtures.

The design included air balancing for both floors. Watford Engineering also provided commissioning services for the HVAC controls systems.
