Allied Health Building 420 Renovations

Watford Engineering provided professional mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for the renovation of the existing 78,000 square foot Allied Health (Nursing) Building. The HVAC scope included new systems with digital controls, along with minor upgrades to existing plumbing systems and associated fire protection design.

The project also included a 10,000 square foot addition to the original single-story facility, requiring coordination of new systems with the existing building infrastructure.
