Watford Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for five prototype elementary schools for the Bay County School District. These facilities were developed as repeatable designs to support efficient delivery, consistency across campuses, and long-term operational performance.

Our work included full MEP/FP design services coordinated with architectural and site disciplines to meet district standards and public-sector requirements. The prototype approach allowed for streamlined construction while maintaining reliability, maintainability, and cost control across multiple schools.
